Few things are as 90s as terrible movie adaptations of an edgy comic book. Even though this movie butchers the comic it does have some fun Stan Winston effects. It features a particularly ugly interpretation of the Rippers, anthropomorphic supersoldier kangaroos.

The best by far is T-Saint, just for sheer weirdness. Not everyday you get to see a Ice-T in kangaroo person makeup.
