1996. The Pregnant Best-Woman (and child!) from The Island of Dr. Moreau⁣

Most of the creature effects in the mid-90s are found in forgotten bad movies. And this one is particularly⁣ bad. Of the deformed human-animal hybrids created by Stan Winston for it, my favorite is this disturbing lady that is only visible for a few seconds. I initially assumed she was a goat woman but it appears that she is a horse lady instead.
